Brakel Atmos renders Woerdstaete safe and comfortable: daylight, fire safety and ventilation

At a central location – close to the old water tower – in the Dutch city of Naaldwijk, proudly stands a contemporary housing complex: Woerdstaete. The property was designed by Zwinkels Architecten BNA of De Lier, which was commissioned by project developer Deltim to create a building featuring a great deal of transparency. Brakel Atmos played all of its trumps as part of its role in this project: Daylight, fire safety and ventilation.

Woerdstaete comprises 47 owner-occupant apartments, twelve of which are intended for first-time buyers. The premises can therefore comfortably accommodate both youngsters and the elderly. And Brakel Atmos made a substantial contribution to achieving this high level of comfort.
