This is the first Brakel newsletter of 2011, in which we look back on a rather turbulent yet interesting year. As was the case last year, we at Brakel life saving products intend to keep you informed by means of digital newsletters in 2011, too. The topics discussed include new developments in the field of fire safety, interesting projects and information on our products. Your own contributions to our newsletters are naturally more than welcome!

The focus of our no-risk partner program in 2011 will remain innovation, swiftness and flexibility, as well as quality, reliability and durability.

In addition, we have implemented a new complaints handling procedure. And you can also rely on the support of the Brakel Atmos project organisation to share its knowledge and expertise of concepts (e.g. for schools, residential care complexes and car parks). These concepts offer total solutions comprising daylight structures, fire safety, natural ventilation and service & maintenance.

We look forward to achieving mutual growth in 2011.
